The City Government of Isabela facilitated the participation of its administrative officers in the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Training on the 2025 Revised Rules on Administrative Cases in the Civil Service (RRACCS) held on January 30 at the Sakayan Conference Room. The activity was part of the City Government’s continuing commitment to ethical governance, due process, and accountability in public service.
Delivered live on Facebook by the CSC and facilitated on-site by the City Human Resource Management Office (CHRMO) under the leadership of Rosella Luna, the training aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of administrative discipline, proper case handling, and strict compliance with civil service rules and procedures.
Designated administrative officers from various city government departments and offices attended the session through collective viewing, ensuring that key personnel received uniform guidance on handling administrative cases, documenting procedures, and safeguarding the rights of employees and respondents.
