In preparation for the upcoming Dagyaw Townhall Meeting 2025, scheduled for August 2025, and the localization of the Open Government Partnership (OGP) Program, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region IX, in coordination with the City Government of Isabela under the administration of Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, convened a coordination meeting on June 3.
DILG IX representative Febie Marquez delivered a comprehensive presentation on Dagyaw 2025 and the OGP Localization Program, outlining how these initiatives aim to foster transparency, citizen engagement, and accountability in local governance.
The meeting proceeded with an open forum and planning session, focusing on strategic directions and concrete steps to ensure meaningful public participation in the upcoming Dagyaw event.
