Under the leadership of Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, the City Government of Isabela officially turned over, January 31, the newly constructed and rehabilitated Barangay Hall in Barangay Timpul. Funded under the city’s 20% Development Fund with a total cost of P3,298,998.98, the project aims to enhance public service delivery and strengthen local governance.
Mayor Turabin-Hataman highlighted the facility’s role as a center for official transactions, community meetings, and local programs, empowering barangay officials to better serve their constituents. Residents expressed gratitude, recognizing the project as a testament to the city government’s dedication to grassroots development.
