The City Government of Isabela, led by Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, formalized its partnership to implement The Young BAYI Political Empowerment Fellowship Program (TY PEP) – BARMM/Mindanao by signing on December 2, a Memorandum of Agreement. This initiative is part of efforts to promote youth political empowerment and strengthen leadership capacities across the region.
The signing ceremony was attended by BAYI Program Associate Kaya Alcantara, Program Manager Aella Potestades, and ZAMBATA Local Coordinator Pershia Pula. Key city officials present included Councilors James Abner Rodriguez, Jeromy Casas, Yusop Abubakar, and Karel Annjaiza Sakkalahul, alongside City Information Officer and concurrent Gender and Development (GAD) Focal Person Mendy-Ann Lim.
