The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) IX, led by Supervising Officer Atty. Jill Sahiddin, along with PDOs Jorelyn Teves and Dinaflor Tagiobon, conducted a comprehensive inspection of LGU-Isabela City. The audit assessed transaction procedures, the citizen charter, and the EBOSS (Electronic Business One-Stop-Shop) system to ensure compliance with anti-red tape regulations and improve service delivery.
In the subsequent meeting, the team presented their findings, which were highly positive. Notably, there were no significant issues found. The audit praised the LGU’s initiatives, including the QUEUING SYSTEM, HAPIKIDSZONE, and LACTATING AREA—programs unique to the LGU in Region IX. The FOI (Freedom of Information) process was also recognized for its inclusion, and the EBOSS process was commended for its digital implementation.
The team also admired Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman’s initiatives throughout the implementation of the City Government of Isabela.
Attendees of the meeting included City Administrator Pedrito Eisma, BPLO Albert Porticos, LEDIPO Chief Juanito Jaime Rivera, City Planning Officer Engr.
